Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Return requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Orders up to $1,000: You may return the item within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.

  • Orders $1,000 to $3,000: You may return the items within 14 days, and we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

  • Orders over $3,000: We do not accept returns.

To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and undamaged.

  • The item is in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and any included manuals intact.

  • The order invoice or proof of purchase is included.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items (e.g., customized dimensions, colors, or logos) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • All lighting fixtures and products made from handmade craftsmanship, acrylic, solid wood, or resin are produced to order. Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of these items, returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

No-Reason Returns for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a no-reason return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs.

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Please contact our customer service team at mall@aroomy.com or via our online chat, specifying the reason for the return.

  2. Approval Process: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and notify you if the return is accepted.

  3. Return Shipment: Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Please ship the item within 5 days after receiving our return address.

  4. Quality Check & Refund: Once received, the item will undergo a quality check. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a free replacement or refund upon verification.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns Due to Item Issues (e.g., defect, wrong item sent, damaged in transit): We will cover the return shipping costs.
