Orders up to $1,000: You may return the item within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.

Orders $1,000 to $3,000: You may return the items within 14 days, and we will charge a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

Orders over $3,000: We do not accept returns.
To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and undamaged.

The item is in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and any included manuals intact.

The order invoice or proof of purchase is included.

Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges.
No-Reason Returns for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a no-reason return or exchange, and we will cover the shipping costs.
3. Return Process

Quality Check & Refund: Once received, the item will undergo a quality check. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a free replacement or refund upon verification.
